Costs of property registration in Greece

It is worth remembering that when making a sale and purchase, a number of payments must

be made in addition to the amount of the transaction. Some properties have a cadastral value

higher than the commercial value. For such properties, all payments are calculated based on

the amount of the state valuation and not the price stated in the contract. In other cases,

additional payments are calculated from the commercial value of the property.
